The award, which is given to the team for their 'effective working relationship', demonstrated in particular by their ingenuity and can-do attitude in the face of changing schedules and an array of challenges in the run up to their business approach!

The judges would like to hear about what sets you apart and how it has benefited the business and its people. Tangible examples of clear benefits are needed along with the financial cost and return.

Two winners will be recognised – those employing fewer than 10 and those more than 10

The judges will be looking for evidence of success in the following broad areas:
Management that is truly go-ahead, enlightened, innovative, and forward-thinking that has created (or helped create) a highly successful team that has managed and led a successful project, deal or venture.
Leadership/overcoming problems/team building/building partnerships: concentrated on building a winning team, to implement policy and achieve business objectives with strong leadership that has focused activity within the business and that this has enabled difficult situations to be overcome such as the current economic downturn and able to demonstrate that management has been flexible and pro-active in facing change in these unexpected circumstances.
