One attribute that has always set us apart from the rest of the high street is the exceptional service that is offered to customers. Customer service is ingrained into the company culture from top to bottom.

"Good service is very important to us, it is our point of difference and we work hard to ensure the high level is maintained.

This award will go the applicants that receive the highest number of entries and that will include our own Britten Centre stores, so all members of the public may vote for their favourite assistant that goes the extra mile just as we at The Britten Centre espouse great customer service- however it is now time to give due recognition to those at the front line.
