Jobcentreplus Diversity in Business Awards

The judges will be looking for evidence of success in the following broad areas:

• recruitment of people from diverse backgrounds who may suffer disadvantage in the labour market.
• In particular we are looking to celebrate employers that have recruitment practices that positively promote the employment and retention of people with long term health conditions or disabilities, ethnic minorities, lone parents, ex-offenders and older people.
