The Customer Service Award is to recognize a small business that feel that they do an exceptional job for their clients.

Outstanding Customer Service Award

The judges will be looking for evidence of success in the following broad areas:

• Must have been in business no more than three years.
• Achieved exceptional results.
• Must be in the Waveney area.
• Must provide testimonials
• Judging is based solely on the application and/or back up materials submitted (marketing materials, press releases, CD)
  

Any applicant in any category may include this as part of their initial application.
