Draft REGIONAL ECONOMIC STRTAEGY for the East of England - consultation report published
As you are aware, at the end of last year we went out to consultation on the draft regional economic strategy for the East of England 2008-31. Over the 12-week consultation we received 231 formal responses to the consultation, some 36 per cent more than for the consultation on the existing RES in 2004. This represents a real commitment from partners to the future prosperity of the region, for which we are very grateful.
Over the last three months we have been carefully processing all of the responses and undertaking further analysis where required, and I am writing to inform you that the report on the consultation has now been published on the EEDA website at http://www.eeda.org.uk/resreview/.
