Two winners will be recognised – those employing fewer than 10 and those more than 10

The judges will be looking for evidence of success in the following broad areas:
Management that is truly go-ahead, enlightened innovative, and forward-thinking that has created (or helped create) a highly successful training platform that has managed and led a successful project, deal or venture.
